Homer approved macaron doughnuts. Choose between glazed or sugar. The glazed has a pink royal icing with rainbow sprinkles. The sugar is brushed with melted butter & dipped in sugar. Both are filled with a delicous sweet butter emulson buttercream that has hints of citrus.
Ingredients: Macarons: Confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), almond flour (blanched almonds), eggs, sugar, gel food color (water, sugar, one or more of the following U.S. certified colors: Red #40, Red #3, Yellow #5, Blue #1, Yellow #6, & Blue #2 &/or titanium dioxide, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, and less .01% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives)), peach flavoring (propylene glycol, natural &/or artificial flavorings), cream of tartar.
Filling: Confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), butter (milk, salt), butter emulsion extract.

Nouvelle Macarons are baked in a CFO permitted home kitchen with the highest care. Each dozen is hand packed in attractive boxes with trays to hold the macarons separate. Flavors & ingredients are listed on the back.
