Welcome to my online bakery! I'm Michele, a graphic designer by trade and a passionate home baker obsessed with creating artistically beautiful and incredibly delicious French Macarons, cakes and other delicious desserts!

My baking bug started when I was about 8 years old and I received an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas. It's crazy to think that I could sit on the carpeted floor of my bedroom and “bake” a cake in this classic toy contraption. Those tiny molded chocolate delights were always rolling through that conveyor belt under that hot light bulb that actually cooked my batter. Those were the beginning seeds to my love of baking. From that day forward, I baked away.

As a teenager, I spent many days in the kitchen learning from my Nonna, my Italian grandmother, who taught me so much about baking and cooking.

In 2015, I received an education at the CIA, the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone, where I studied and baked in the Baking & Pastry program.

​
