Ingredients: Macarons: Confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), almond flour (blanched almonds), eggs, sugar, gel food color (water, sugar, one or more of the following U.S. certified colors: Red #40, Red #3, Yellow #5, Blue #1, Yellow #6, and Blue #2 and/or titanium dioxide, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, and less .01% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives)), cream of tartar.
Filling: Confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), butter (milk, salt), blueberry emulsion (Water, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, FD&C red 40, FD&C blue 1, alcohol, and potassium sorbate as a preservative), blueberry jam (blueberry, sugar, water).

Nouvelle Macarons are baked in a CFO permitted home kitchen with the highest care. Each dozen is hand packed in attractive boxes with trays to hold the macarons separate. Flavors & ingredients are listed on the back.
