Ingredients: Macarons: Confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), almond flour (blanched almonds), eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, gel food color (water, sugar, one or more of the following U.S. certified colors: Red #40, Red #3, Yellow #5, Blue #1, Yellow #6, and Blue #2 and/or titanium dioxide, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, and less .01% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives)), cream of tartar.
Filling: Caramel (sugar, butter, milk, salt), confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), butter (milk, salt), vanilla extract.
