Straight up rich chocolate flavored shells & chocolate ganache filling. A chocolate lovers dream!
Ingredients: Macarons: Confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), almond flour (blanched almonds), egg whites, sugar, cocoa powder, gel food color (water, sugar, one or more of the following U.S. certified colors: Red #40, Red #3, Yellow #5, Blue #1, Yellow #6, and Blue #2 and/or titanium dioxide, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, and less 1/10 of one percent sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives)), cream of tartar.
Filling: Chocolate chips (chocolate liquor, sugar, soy lecithin & vanilla), peanut butter (roasted peanuts, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed, soybean & rapeseed oil) to prevent separation, salt.) & cream.
Contains: eggs, milk, nuts (almond & peanut)

Nouvelle Macarons are baked in a CFO permitted home kitchen with the highest care. Each dozen is hand packed in attractive boxes with trays to hold the macarons separate. Flavors & ingredients are listed on the back.
