Start from scratch & have some fun with a custom made macaron designed by YOU!
You may choose ONE color for the shells & ONE buttercream flavor filling for the inside.All fillings are buttercream only, in the color of what flavor they represent. No jams, curds or caramel centers.
**Shells are plain with NO decorations. Must be only one flavor/color. No substitutions.
Ingredients: Macarons: Confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), almond flour (blanched almonds), eggs, sugar, gel food color (water, sugar, one or more of the following U.S. certified colors: Red #40, Red #3, Yellow #5, Blue #1, Yellow #6, & Blue #2 &/or titanium dioxide, modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, and less .01% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives)), vanilla extract, cream of tartar.
Filling: Confectioners sugar (sugar, cornstarch), butter (milk, salt), flavored extract.
Contains: eggs, milk, almonds

Nouvelle Macarons are baked in a CFO permitted home kitchen with the highest care. Each dozen is hand packed in attractive boxes with trays to hold the macarons separate. Flavors & ingredients are listed on the back.
